How Do Our Liquid Gel Massaging Insoles Work

Our insoles operate on the principle that "fluid moves to the area of least resistance and greatest need" (Archimedes). When standing or walking, the foot experiences alternating high and low pressure areas. The high pressure areas push the fluid to areas of low pressure, balancing the distribution. The liquid gel fills the gaps in the feet, providing a lifting action that helps the foot lay properly, ensuring the weight is evenly distributed from side to side and heel to toe.

The absorbent cloth layers act as a moisture barrier, keeping your feet cool and comfortable. In the winter, they insulate against the cold, and in the summer, they protect against the heat. At no thicker than a quarter, our liquid gel orthotics can be worn every day with any shoe. They also last significantly longer than any other insole on the market.

Washing Instructions:

They can be hand washed or machine washed on a gentle cycle up to 30 degrees cold wash recommended for longer life spam. Do not use bleach. Air dry only—do not use a dryer.

IMPORTANT:

We recommend gradually acclimating yourself to your new liquid gel orthotics. Start by wearing them for 2-hour increments, gradually increasing your wear time. Our insoles significantly improve circulation through gentle massage. Initially, this improved circulation may make your feet feel warmer. This is normal, and your feet will quickly adjust.

If necessary (if they don't lay flat in your shoes), trim the toe area only. Trim in small increments, following the contour lines provided on the insoles. DO NOT cut below the last line.
